Bank of America Student Leaders - Applications open January 1st!!

Investing in and cultivating future leaders is a critical component of sustaining and developing the growth of vibrant neighborhoods.  Since 2004, the Bank of America Student Leaders Award has offered high school juniors and seniors in 45 of the bank’s major markets firsthand opportunities to discover how they can help shape their communities now and in the future.

As members and leaders in the community you might know some special high school juniors and seniors who are creating positive impact in King, Pierce and Snohomish County communities.   

Selected applicants will:

• Participate in an 8-week paid summer internship with a local nonprofit organization
• Take part in an all-expense-paid week in Washington, D.C. at our Student Leadership Summit with hundreds of other community-minded students from the US and UK
• Learn how nonprofits, government, and business can partner to create a positive impact in our communities

If you know a community-minded junior or senior in high school who demonstrate leadership and extraordinary volunteerism, encourage them to apply!   Deadline: February 17, 2010 (9:00 p.m. PST)
