Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive officer of the organization overseeing all operational and administrative functions including budgeting and financial management, fundraising, program development and implementation, volunteer and member recruitment and retention, and Board relations.

The competitive candidate will have five or more years of professional level experience that includes management, leadership, and supervision of a social service or non-profit agency or significantly sized division or department within a larger organization.

Candidates with demonstrable, successful experience in fund development, budgeting, and financial management will be given preference. Finally, the ideal candidate will possess a well-developed network of contacts on the Eastside developed through his or her personal and professional endeavors.
