Public Relations Coordinator

A fast-paced public relations department at one of the nation’s top children’s hospitals is recruiting for a part-time public relations coordinator (contract) position. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent editing and interpersonal skills.  Ideally, they would have at least one year of public relations reporting and metrics experience. This is a part-time contract position for approximately 20-25 hours a week (morning shift).

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a daily media summary 
  • Monthly clip books
  • Pull quarterly/year-end traditional media numbers, which will be filtered into all-up quarterly and year-end PR reports
  • Manage master press list
  • Manage DVD/broadcast clip orders and library
  • Other public relations support as needed
