Alford Group Executive Search has partnered with Living Care Retirement Community (Living Care) to identify a qualified full-time Director to lead and develop their new Fund Development Program.  Living Care is a non-profit, Christian-oriented organization serving 300 senior citizens in Yakima, Washington.  Ideal candidates will have minimum three years (five+ years preferred) of quantifiable major gift experience with an ability to manage and implement programs for annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation giving, and special events. This role will report directly to the Executive Director and be a member of the Management Team.
