With the generous support of the Sessions Family Foundation, Recovery Cafe and Home of the School for Recovery cordially invites you to hear David and Nic Sheff, father and son and nationally acclaimed best-selling authors of Beautiful Boy - A Father's Journey through his Son's Addiction (David) and Tweak - Growing up on Methampetamines (Nic), share their respective tales of the devastation of Nic's addiction, the family's response and the importance of healing, loving community in the recovery journey. Their experiences are sad, poignant, moving, inspiring, ultimately hopeful and cautionary for all families in today's society.
