Seattle Audubon – Board Member Recruitment

Seattle Audubon is looking for a person with a commitment to and passion for environmental conservation and education to join our Board of Directors. 

 Board members plan, prioritize and evaluate programs to ensure alignment with the organizational mission.  Board members also provide adequate resources to accomplish the organization’s mission, and ensure effective management of resources through development, approval, and monitoring of the annual budget. All board members are involved in fund development and donate individually to support and reinforce the full board accountability.  Board members enhance the organization’s public standing, assure legal and ethical integrity, and maintain accountability. We are looking for an individual who has the energy and enthusiasm to contribute to our Board of Directors.  Our primary objective is to recruit a person with fresh ideas, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to strengthening the programs and foundation of Seattle Audubon.
