                         The Future Remembered:

The 1962 World's Fair and Its Legacy

A play written by Paula Becker, Alan J. Stein and the HistoryLink staff. Adapted and directed by Annie Lareau and performed by Book-It Repertory Theatre.

In six short months in 1962, ten million people passed through the gates of the World's Fair in Seattle, changing the city forever. Witness the excitement of a city about to come into its own and meet the civic leaders whose advocacy and forward thinking paved the way for us to become the culturally rich and vibrant community we are now.

This event will include networking, history, culture, and glorious fun. Invite your friends for a unique evening as we come together to celebrate the event that put this region on the map.
