Application deadline: June 30, 2011

The Washington State Bar Foundation is the fundraising arm of the WSBA. Its mission is to provide financial support for WSBA programs that promote diversity within the legal profession and enhance the public’s access to and understanding of the justice system. Bar Foundation funding helps to power vital programs like the WSBA Moderate Means Project, the WSBA Leadership Institute, and more. The WSBA Board of Governors is seeking to fill five positions on the Washington State Bar Foundation Board of Trustees, four of which are open to community members outside the legal profession. Terms begin on October 1st, are for one, two, or three-years, and are renewable. Trustees are stewards of the Bar Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and are actively involved in all aspects of donor development.
