Job Description

IT Coordination

  • Oversee Database transition – Access to Exceed Premier
  • Maintain website - daily updates and larger projects
  • Manage Network and Database security and back-ups
  • Manage software and hardware licensing, installation and maintenance
  • Maintain online shop site and produce reports for Bookkeeper
  • Layout print and electronic promotional materials
  • General email account/IT troubleshooting for office

Membership Coordination

  • Maintain accurate membership records in database
  • Generate and send all print and electronic membership correspondence
  • Provide reports to Membership Manager

Administration

  • Answer office phones with other administrative staff member
  • Support Operations Manager in weekly reporting functions to Bookkeeper
  • Event support - take reservations, provide on-site staffing, and other prep work as needed
  • Other projects as needed

 Qualifications

Alert, enthusiastic, professional, detail and deadline -oriented person who enjoys handling many tasks at one time. A team-player with the ability to work autonomously. Must have two years experience or equivalent with the following: Word, Outlook, Excel, Explorer (Firefox and/or Safari a plus), Database maintenance (Access preferred), HTML coding/website maintenance, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

 

Start Date:  ASAP                      

Hours:  Full time, weekdays                                       

Job Location:   Downtown Seattle

 

Compensation: 

Starting salary is $26,000 to $30,000 per year.  Benefits include full medical, dental, vision & life insurance, vacation pay and sick leave, plus a monthly bus pass (at actual cost). Retirement matching of 3% after one year. (For a total value of up to $38,000.)

Organization Description

CityClub informs, connects and engages citizens to evaluate complex issues, make sound judgments and contribute to solutions that address issues vital to our region. A nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization, CityClub presents 35-40 public affairs forums per year on a broad range of topics.  Events attract from 75 -400 participants, depending on the topic.  We have a small (4.5 person) staff and a supportive, busy work environment.  We have about 700 individual, nonprofit and corporate members, with strong civic & business interests.
