For example, we collect information when you interact with us as a volunteer, applicant, class member or alum, create an account to access certain features of our Services, send us an email, fill out a form, respond to a survey, register for an event, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, postal address, email address, phone number, current occupation and business contact information, application information, LinkedIn handle, demographic information, conference/event preferences, payment method information, and any other information you choose to provide. Unless you choose to donate anonymously, your name, contact information and amount of gift will be published in the Leadership Tomorrow newsletter and Annual Report.
Email and newsletters
If you choose to opt in to receive email messages from us, we use your email address per stated preferences in your individual profile to send you email messages that may be of interest to you and to inform you about new features or services offered by our web site. We use the stated preferences in your individual profile to tailor your experience at our site. For example, we may provide you with customized content based on the stated preferences in your individual profile.
Information We Automatically Collect
When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information about you, including:
Log Information: our servers collect log files when you access our Services, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and the webpage or online service you visited before navigating to our Services.

With other users of our alumni site, we may share your name and contact information in a directory we intend to be used by other LT alumni and LT staff and volunteers.

If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of us or any third party;
With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Please note that information you post in your profile, blogs, listings, public or private groups, forums and any other interactive areas of the Services, will be available to other users of those features and in some cases may be publicly available.
Social Sharing Features
The Services may enable social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.
