Our newest initiative, The BLOCK Project, builds permanent, dignified homes in willing homeowners’ backyards for our neighbors living on the streets. Our vision is to help end homelessness by building a BLOCK Home and thriving community on every residential block in Seattle. We are seeking an energetic and highly organized program manager to join our small team and contribute to a fast-paced, exciting environment.
About the Role
The BLOCK Programs Manager designs and delivers programs and processes to support The BLOCK Project’s key community stakeholders, including: Hosts, Residents, Neighbors, Agency Partners, and Volunteers. In addition to designing the end-to-end experience for these stakeholders, the BLOCK Programs Manager is their primary contact within Facing Homelessness. The right candidate will thrive in the various modalities essential to this role: 1) as a program manager and strategist, 2) as the face of The BLOCK Project and primary contact for its community stakeholders, and 3) as a highly organized and efficient behind-the-scenes administrator.
Full-time | Salaried $45,000 - $52,000 | Health + Retirement |Paid Time Off
Facing Homelessness Office Hours are typically Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. This position requires flexible hours including regular weekends and evenings.
