ArtsFund

Vice President of Development

About ArtsFund: For nearly 50 years ArtsFund has raised funds to strengthen the community by supporting the arts through leadership, advocacy and grant making. We do this work because the arts are key to building healthy, vibrant communities. ArtsFund is the only nonprofit in the region that raises funds to support the Puget Sound arts sector on a holistic level. We serve 120+ cultural partners, large and small, established and emerging, in performing, visual, literary, and multidisciplinary arts. Last year these groups produced over 10,000 exhibits/performances, provided 1.7 million free or discounted tickets and enabled 833,000 students to access arts programming. The following values and guiding principles are the foundation for our work and define how we advance our mission and serve as a bridge between the philanthropic, corporate and public sectors. At ArtsFund we:

Ignite Passion for the Arts: We believe arts and culture inspire, empower, and transform individuals and communities.

Promote Equitable and Inclusive Communities: We believe the arts should be accessible to all and reflect, represent, and engage the entire community.

Innovate through Collaboration and Leadership: We believe our impact and relevance, and that of the arts sector, are deepened though continuous learning, creative leadership, and strategic partnerships.
