Leadership Tomorrow Elevate
Are you an early-career professional ready to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose? LT Elevate is a dynamic six-month leadership experience designed for emerging leaders with 3–6 years of professional experience across the nonprofit, private, and public sectors.
Once a month, you’ll join a diverse cohort in downtown Seattle for interactive, half-day sessions that blend self-discovery, skills-building, and peer connection. From sharpening your communication to learning how to lead teams with confidence, LT Elevate helps you build the tools—and the mindset—you need to grow.
You’ll leave the program with a stronger sense of your leadership style, practical tools to navigate challenges and lead effectively, and a supportive network of peers across industries.

How You’ll Grow:
Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness: Clarify your unique leadership style and values. Develop greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence so you can lead with confidence and authenticity in any situation.
Team and People Leadership: Learn how to inspire and manage others. Gain practical strategies for coaching teammates, giving feedback, and navigating conflict so you can build healthy, effective teams and motivate people to do their best work.
Communication for Impact: Hone your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. Practice speaking, listening, and feedback skills that help you influence, tell your story, and collaborate across sectors.
Adaptive Leadership: Embrace change and innovation. Explore adaptive leadership and systems thinking tools and connect your work to your organization’s mission, vision and values.

LT Elevate runs from September 2025 through March 2026, with participants meeting once a month for a 4.5-hour session in downtown Seattle. The program kicks off with a orientation in September and wraps up with a final reflection and celebration in March.
All sessions are grounded in equity and inclusion practices, drawing on frameworks by BIPOC leaders and adaptive leadership scholars. The experience includes a digital workspace, participant workbook, and reflection journal to support ongoing learning.

Emerging Leaders: Early-career professionals (3–6 years of experience) from nonprofit, private, and public sectors. Participants typically manage teams or lead projects and are ready to take on greater responsibility.
Cross-Sector Network: Individuals who want to build a diverse network of peers. You’ll learn alongside colleagues from different fields, creating lasting connections that extend beyond the program.
Future Changemakers: People committed to expanding their leadership influence beyond their day-to-day job. Participants bring fresh ideas from their work and leave equipped to drive inclusion and positive impact for their communities.

Tuition for LT Elevate is tiered to encourage broad participation and reflect our commitment to equity and access. We strongly encourage participants to seek employer sponsorship, as many organizations are willing to invest in their employees’ leadership development.
The standard tuition is $2,500, with reduced rates available based on income:
Tier 1: $2,500 – For individuals or households earning over $110,000 annually
Tier 2: $1,500 – For household incomes between $70,000 and $109,999
Tier 3: $750 – For householdincomes below $70,000
