  • Communication for Impact:  Hone your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. Practice speaking, listening, and feedback skills that help you influence, tell your story, and collaborate across sectors.

  • Team and People Leadership:  Learn how to inspire and manage others. Gain practical strategies for coaching teammates, giving feedback, and navigating conflict so you can build healthy, effective teams and motivate people to do their best work.

  • Adaptive Leadership:  Embrace change and innovation. Explore adaptive leadership and systems thinking tools and connect your work to your organization’s mission, vision and values.

  • We anticipate a cohort of 30–40 leaders who:

    • Are emerging leaders: Participants typically have 3-8 years of experience,  are managing people or leading projects, and are ready to sharpen their leadership skills.

    • Seek to learn across sectors: Individuals who want to build a network of peers from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. You’ll learn alongside colleagues from different fields, creating lasting connections that extend beyond the program.

    • Are driven to be changemakers: People committed to expanding their leadership influence. Participants bring fresh ideas from their work and leave equipped to drive inclusion and positive impact.

  • Tuition for LT Elevate is tiered to encourage broad participation and reflect our commitment to equity and access. We also offer payment plans.

We strongly encourage participants to seek employer sponsorship, as many organizations are willing to invest in their employees’ leadership development.
