Leadership Tomorrow is a member of the National Community Leadership Collaborative (NCLC), and we’re thrilled to co-host the Collaborative Leadership Exchange — a national conversation exploring how leaders can work together to strengthen communities and drive collective impact.

This virtual event will feature Ruchika T. Malhotra, LT Impact ‘16, author of Uncompete: Rejecting Competition to Unlock Success, in an engaging conversation about how collaboration, not competition, fuels innovation and shared success.

The discussion will be co-facilitated by Cynthia Knapek, President of the Leadership Louisville Center, and Bindiya Patel, Executive Director of Leadership Tomorrow — both NCLC members helping to lead this important national dialogue.
