Introducing 2021-2022 Lab Team Coaches

Lab Team Coaches, a committed group of volunteers from the most recent graduating class, support and provide guidance to Lab Teams. A Coach is a supporter, facilitator, guide, conscientious observer, sounding board, cheerleader, mediator, challenger (to take risks, think broader and deeper), truth teller, and support system. Coaches can play critical roles in nurturing healthy team dynamics and effective teamwork. All members of the Coach Team are alumni from the Class of 2021.

To learn about this year’s coaches and the experience they bring to their roles, read their bios HERE.
