Introducing 2023-2024 Lab Team Coaches

Lab Team Coaches, a committed group of volunteers from recent graduating classes, support and provide guidance to LT’24 Lab Teams. A Coach is a supporter, facilitator, guide, conscientious observer, sounding board, cheerleader, mediator, challenger (to take risks, think broader and deeper), truth teller, and support system. Coaches play critical roles in nurturing healthy team dynamics and effective teamwork. Special thanks to these 10 alumni for volunteering their time and expertise to support the LT’24 cohort.
