LT’24 Program Schedule

Before applying to LT, check the dates below to make sure you can participate. To graduate from LT, you must attend Program Orientation, Fall Retreat, and the Mid-Year Retreat (no exceptions). You are allowed eight hours of excused absence for the monthly Possibility Days over the course of the year. Missing more than eight hours requires checking in with the Executive Director and may result in not graduating. Possibility Days will be held either in downtown Seattle at 1301 5th Ave, Suite 1500 or at a location around the region.  We will let you know the location for each Possibility Day one month in advance.

To prepare for the Possibility Days listed above, we ask participants to spend about three hours each month exploring relevant prework. In addition, the Flagship Program experience involves small group work that takes place outside of Possibility Days, including a small group designed as space to reflect on leadership and a small group that engages in a project with a community partner organization over the course of the year. These meetings take place on group members’ own schedules and involve additional meeting times each month.
