LT’22 Graduation & Alumni Reunion Highlights

On June 16, 2022, we celebrated the LT’22 cohort and welcomed them into our alumni community at the LT’22 Graduation & Alumni Reunion. It was an inspiring, uplifting evening, and the joy of being together was palpable. If you were unable to attend, we encourage you to watch the recording HERE. You can also access the online program HERE. Scroll down to see photos (photo credit: Willie Pugh, LT’93, Community Leader, Shana Bestock, LT’21, ACT Theatre).

Here's what a few LT'22 class members said they are taking away from their LT experiences:

Leadership Tomorrow taught me to welcome uncomfortable conversations. To be brave and willing to be wrong. Learning and growing from these conversations while centering the voices of those with lived experience is crucial to promoting antiracist structural changes in our community.
— Greg Wilson, Pugh Capital Management
Leadership Tomorrow has spotlighted the many facets of the most complex challenges we face in the Puget Sound Region. While that can be daunting, I am inspired by the diversity of skills, experiences, and perspectives of my LT colleagues and hopeful that a collaborative approach to co-creating solutions and garnering resources will be effective. Most important will be to include both the expected – and especially the unexpected – stakeholders.
— Kimberly Miyazawa Frank, Cambia Health Solutions
Through Leadership Tomorrow, I’ve met so many thoughtful people who are not only dedicated to making our region a better place, but also dedicated to expanding our thinking about how we get there. LT has given me space to think about how I show up as a leader, how I connect with others, and how to work through things that are uncomfortable.
— Alicia Teel, Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce
